Kiwanis Richmond
Located at 7388 and 7378 Gollner Avenue (formerly 6291 Minoru Boulevard), Kiwanis provides 294 units for seniors 60 years and older.
As a result of partnerships between governments, the City of Richmond contributed a total of $20.8 million in capital funding. The City of Richmond is also involved with the Kiwanis Placemaking Research Study, along with the Richmond Kiwanis Senior Citizens Housing Society, SFU Gerontology, AWM-Alliance Real Estate Group, Polygon Homes Ltd.to support successful transition of the Kiwanis tenants into the new development, support collaborative development of tenant amenity space and program planning, and to generate a sustainability plan for Kiwanis with respect to resident management and tenant amenity services.
