1134 Burrard Street
1134 Burrard Street was completed in 2014 and consists of 141 residential units operated by The Kettle Friendship Society to provide affordable housing to homeless at-risk.
With 2 commercial kitchens used by Directions Youth Services and The Kettle Friendship Society, the project is targeting a LEED Gold Certification. The housing also offers on site contaminated ground water treatment system and provide support to homeless and youth at risk.
