UBC Totem Park Student Residence
This 6.5 storey resident building located in UBC consists of two buildings containing 567 beds in a dormitory style arrangement with shared washrooms and shared common area facilities (laundry rooms, study rooms and lounges).
The residence is a concrete structure that consists of many green elements equivalent to a LEED Gold rating. Included in the exterior is a combination of brick veneer, precast and painted concrete. The buildings also comes with amenities such as sprinkler, fire alarm, security, data and voice communication systems.
